Forum Setup Problem

I'm trying to go 3 maybe 4 deep with forums but my inner most forums (sub forums) are showing up in 2 places. In the example below the red asterisks are where Stadium1 & 2 are showing up. (along with where they're listed) So what am I doing wrong?
