I need help knowing how I can make the website visible to Registered users only?

Sypherzone you do it with usergroups.
In AdminCP usergroups you have a Guest group. Make that one so it can't view anything. I also disabled all others except Admin, my mods, members.

Make sure Members is set to view + any other groups you make, and you're set.

You might need to think about your registration - how protective d you want to be? If registyering is just auto signing up your barrier might not mean much.
