Error while Importing Product : Invalid File Specified

suddenly while importing products i get error message "Invalid File Specified". I tried several different products and still getting the same error.

Can you import other things like smilies? Have you asked your host if they have done anything to your server recently?

well it's my server and nothing much has been changed lately.. no for the forum vhost.

Are you sure you're selecting the XML file?
