Integrate Forum in another site

I would like to integrate the forum in a frame of a website.
I tried to do this with iframe but this didn't work.

Is there another way to integrate the forum in an existing website?

Why not just edit the forum templates to match the site you want to integrate into? Frames are generally a annoyance...
