help with inferno quiz

I've just installed inferno quiz 2.2 on my site but I'm stuck on the last part.

What do i do here.

Next, CHMOD the following files/folders to '0777':
includes/
includes/settings.quiz.php
images/
images/quiz/

Sorry for being simple but I have no idea what this part means.

Any help would be great.

You need to change file and folder permissions as directed, you can shell in and change them or use a ftp browser and right click the files & folders and select chmod to change them to the appropriate settings per the install file.
