[HELP] Top Ten List

I noticed on another forum that they had a top ten scores list for each game. Any scores that didn't make it into the top 10 were not saved. Is there a way to do this with the Arcade? I can't seem to locate the setting anywhere.

Amount of top scores to show per page

But that's just per page. I only want to save the top 10 scores. I saw this on the arcade at ibpdownloads.com. Just wondering if this is a feature or a hack.
