Quick Reply WIDTH Resize?

I've done a number of searches on this, and found information about how to edit the HEIGHT of the Quick Reply box.

No one has given correct information on how to edit the WIDTH of the Quick Reply box.

Would anyone who knows be kind enough to give me this info?

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > (From right pane) StyleVars > (I think its) Message area width or something along those lines.

Tried that, it didn't change anything unfortunately. Any other ideas?

I'm looking for this too.
After upgradeing to 3.6.8 from 3.6.5 the quick reply box is smaller.
any ideeas howto fix this?

I am happy to say that i have resolved this...

In your SHOWTHREAD template find:

<legend>$vbphrase[options]</legend>

Just below that you will have a <div> tag.

Edit that <div> tag to read:

<div style="width:450pt;">

Change 450 to whatever you want the width of your Quick Reply box to be.
