Fireworks html header

I have created a header for my website which has drop down (pop-up) menus etc. I did this is Fireworks. Now I have just re skinned my forum to match my new look website.

The question I have is - is there anyway I can use this same fireworks html header on my forum, thus given everyone links back to all the pages of my web site.

Hope this makes sense.

No as I have no idea how to place it there, any pointers would be appreciated.

Yes I know that! but i was unsure if any special code was needed, or can I just cut and paste the html into this, if thats th case I can do it.

Just unsure how it would effect things. I'll give it go... thanks
