(XX Viewing) not showing in my subforums... Need Help

In my forum home page it shows the number of people viewing each section but when I go into a section and look at the sub forums I can't see the number of people viewing them anymore.

I have been to several forums and in their sub forums it shows # of people viewing them

Need Help with this please...
