High Server Usage Capacity (Help.)

Are there any ideas why my vBulletin is using this many resources? Any suggestions on fixing the issue?

we can't comment the usage if you do not tell what your forum is made of.... downloads, flash games, live chat, etc... anything not forum related can do that kind of usage...

My forum links to a lot of downloads on the internet and is just a general forum about life, etc. I had ibProArcade installed and I thought that was where the problem was coming from but I have uninstalled ibPro and the problem with the high server load still persists. I have no idea where to go from here.

Would upgrading to the latest version (3.7) help at all?
