Newscore page - BLANK - please help.

Tried a search, found nothing.. :confused:

^ The above page is completely blank.
I have CHMOD all arcade folders to 777. so I dunno?

vb: 3.6.8

any suggestions?

^ is also blank. This is from clicking the "admin CP" link from the Arcade system.

index.php is the original from vbulletin, yes. I am using vbadvanced portal.
I did not think that would matter for why this is happening so I did not state that info.
