Here are my 2 regional forums, might be adding another soon

www.talkdelaware.com and www.talkpa.net

Features on Delaware site: Custom Skin by me and vbskinworks, WPMU Blogs, Arcade, Affiliates Page, Advertising Page, Mapped and ad integrated welcome header, flashchat, gallery, and many many more

Talkpa is similar, i jumped the gun on the vb upgrade so my custom skins there are out of commission till updated.

what do you all think, anything messed up or missing?

I love your welcome header, I'd love to know how people modify Ted S' hack to do this, I think it looks great.
Colors are boring and drab. Grey is lame, especially multiple grays. It just kind of puts me to sleep.
Might want to lose Active Members Percentage, it's not a positive statistic at 22%.
Forum setup is decent, could be shortened and condensed but overall good layout.
I like the front page, it shows a lot of information, good content, polls, articles, and video.

Final Comments - Overall everything looks good, clean, nice layout, etc. On the plus side, active, good content, on the bad side horrible color scheme and the images for buttons or gifs are just strange. Construction Cones for User Rank? What does that have to do with your blue/gray layout and/or Delaware. Oh yeah...the biggest problem with your forum...remember Wayne's World...I'TS DELAWARE! lol no offense, just had to

please reduce the height of your welcome header.. I don't find it to be attractive instead its very distracting and looking more of a get out header ..

At first I thought this is a big block of AD, and I think people won't care to read it if its kept that big !!

and yes, I liked your advertise page..:up: , its looking nice !!

I like it! The header and footer are the best I've ever seen on a forum. No offense to TalkPennsylvania, but TalkDelaware looks alot "cleaner" with your new skin. TalkDelaware is a huge site but its easy to navigate the way you have it organized.
