File corrupt again,

The download file from here is corrupt, so when extracting the .zip it says no files to extract

it works fine for everybody else, try to download www.winrar.com (http://www.winrar.com) and unzip it using this ...

Can't it just be e uploaded to here? It does happen, it happened to vb 3.6.8 so it will happen to the arcade :)
