Comments under album photos

Anybody know if there is a mod to add comments under users' album photos? Kind of like the visitor messages only under each album photo. If not, somebody looking to do a mod? :D

I'd like to see this as well. Does anyone know of any mods that allows this?
(I couldn't find any.)
