and..

replylimit = The maximum number of replies for a thread
exclude = used to exclude forumid's from the search
nocache = used to force a non-cached search

If you have "post cache" active in the vbulletin options, this will force a search to not use that part of the system.

You would have to write a hack to do both of those, as the other options you asked about are already included in search.php, which not be easy.

Unfortunately I'm not able to write this type of hack that requires DB queries.
