i cant access to my admin panel

hi every body

some daye ago i had to change my host so i back up my Db with mysql dumper
and now i import it with mysqldumper but now all of my data is well expect my admin panel
i insert my admin info but it did not enter to site just come back to .admincp/index.php
plz say me what to do?

Upload the tools.php (findable in the do not upload folder of your vBdownload) to the /forums/admincp/

then go to http://yourdomain/forums/admincp/tools.php and reset the cookie path and domain

delete tools.php out the admincp folder and try again
