New site - slow posting

Hi all,

I have a brand new site which im in the process of re-designing (not modding)

Ive done nothing more than change colours and header logo for now.

but when i make a new thread/post it takes like 5 mins to even show up??

Its not my connection or computer as they are both very fast and ive tested them on other forums which work fine.

any help/ideas ???

the only thing i can think of is to reboot your sever hope this help it did when my forum was slow
