Test Forum

I am kind of afraid to install certain mods that might not be compatible with my version of VBulletin. I heard alot of people use "test forums" for these kinds of things. How do I go about getting a test forum?

You set up a whole new board using a new mysql database and new files only instead of putting these files in yoursite/public_html/forums you put them in yoursite/public_html/test (or similar). Then, you have to make sure to htaccess protect it so it is not open to the public.
