Transfering threads from a phbb board

I currently have a phbb board and now have bought a v bulletin board and i was looking in the admin cp and dident know what to do to transfer all of my old threads from my phbb board into my new v bulletin board. Thanks in advance.

vBulletin developed a tool called Impex for importing other bulletin board softwares to VB.
