Missing options under User Control Panel

I have an empty block of space between "Edit Email" and "Password and Edit Options" under "Settings and Options".

There is also a block of space under the "Miscellaneous" header
between "Event Reminders" and "Attachments".

Going by what VBulletin.org has setup, it looks like I am missing "Edit Profile" in the first
block and "Buddy / Ignore Lists" in the second.

Does anyone have any idea how these disappeared?

Did you install any add ons which change the user options menu like the GT Enhanced menu thing? Because when I had that, certain vBulletin 3.7 options never appeared in the menu.
