Rotating Header Logos

I've checked through several threads, and I wanted to know the best way to make the right side of a header photo or image change when a member enters or refreshes the forum page.
I want to keep the left header image, our logo intact, no rotation.

Make your header consist of two images, the right and left sides, and then use Kirk's instructions here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=124834) to make them rotate.
