is there a mod that allows users to do?

I wanted to know if theres a mod out there that allows users to use their credits to change their user title, add glow to their name, buy the avatar/sig privileges?

I dont know if there a free one still available but vbplaza.com has a commerical script for sale which does near about everything except cook and clean.
