how do I add the default navbar to my forum?

The theme Im using doensnt have the default navbar ie with usercp, new posts etc..

You should post in the thread from which you downloaded the skin to get help with that specific skin.

You could try taking the default navigation but I don't know how that will affect the style of the skin.

The place i got it from is quite empty itl take forever to get a response. How would I go about adding the default navigation?
