Quick Reply colors

I'm trying to find where the colors are defined for the button part of the quick reply box, the row that has the bold button, link button, etc. Can anyone please direct me to the right place?

I think you're looking for the "Toolbar Menu Options". In the style manager, press the drop-down on the style you want to edit and select Toolbar Menu Options.
