index.php loads very slow on Internet Explorer

HI everyone,

I noticed that the forum home page loads very very slow as compared to Opera/FF/Safari. Non IE browser instantly loaded the forum homepage without any quirks.

But IE simply takes about 10 seconds to load the index page.

I've enabled index.php caching and put in fake ajax loading screen (to let people feel the instant loading effect)

But other pages - thread views and such, IE has no issues. It simplys doesnt want to load index.php swiftly.

Are there anyways to speed up loading on IE? I'm pretty sure its an IE issue.

Does this also happen on a default style?

PS IE can seem slower as it will not display until the full page is rendered.

I've traced to the source of the issue.

Kontera ads are sort of slowing IE rendering.
