User Reputaion text field

Hi,

I have problems displaying the word User Reputation. Somehow it disappeared only displaying the green icon.


How do i go about reactivating this text display. If yes, possible for someone to guide me on how to go about renaming "Reputation Points" to "Points" when displayed
