usernote at the New Profiltab at VB 3.7

is there a way or Howto to bring the usernote into a new profiltab at vb 3.7?
So the User had a private Diary without comments.

With this tutorial (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=165554&highlight=fetch) i have made a Tab at my Profile but how can i insert or fetch the usernotes into the new Tab??
