Posts not recognizing read

Our forum seems to not be recognizing when people have read threads. You'll read a thread, go back to the index, and it will still say there's new posts in that forum when there isn't. Is this a problem with 3.6.8 (Patch Level 2), or a problem with us?

Which thread read tracking system are you using (it's specified in an option).
