How do I Send PM to new users before email verification

By default, vB works like this:

Note: If you require emails to be verified, this message will be sent after the user has activated his or her account. Also ensure that Receive Private Messages is enabled in Default Registration Options below.


Is there any way that I can make vB to send the email and PM at the same time, just after the registration?
I'm having alot of problems with new users, spam guard software and registration confirmation emails ending in spam folders and I want to warn new users that register on my board about what they have to do to complete their registration.

Not without a hack you won't be able to.

But you can however edit the phrase they see that tells them to go check their email to activate their account, and just add something like

Dear Users, Please make sure to check your spam folder as well, sometimes our mail will get mixed into there by agressive email filters. Thank You
