Paypal subscriptions not working

Hi there,

For some reason, my paypal subscriptions aren't working.

People are buying them, and the transaction is showing up on Paypal, money is being sent etc, but I cannot see the transaction on the Transaction log in vB, nor are people getting the subscription features that they paid for.

I recently switched to a new server; could this have anything to do with it?

BTW; I go to the "Test Communication" page in the admincp and everything is checked off as "Pass"... :S

Are you inadvertently blocking the PayPal postback with an htaccess file?

I don't think so.. It worked fine on my old server, and I'm using the exact same htaccess on my new server.

Make sure your subscriptions are set to less then 30 years.

I appear to be having some PayPal issues with vBulletin. I have all of the subscription payments setup correctly (I believe) but people are telling me that when they click the ORDER WITH PAYPAL button it brings them to the PayPal home page.

So I tried testing on my computer (an Apple MacBook running Safari 4.0.3) and arrived at the correct looking invoice with login page to login. All appeared to be working fine.

I then tried this on my wife's computer (a DELL laptop running Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7) and I was taken to PayPal's home page login. I thought perhaps that after I logged in the correct invoice would appear but it didn't. Any ideas what the problem might be? Is this another one of those Internet Explorer or Vista issues? I hate PCs (the computers not the people).

What might be causing this? Payments are not being processed through the vBulletin software's connection with PayPal. I have only had one transaction go through. All others failed.
