Looking For Respect/Shame System

I am looking for a respect shame system for my forums. A System where the admins (or other selected usergroup) can give respect points to one person and take away from another person.

It would be like a reputation system, but with a simple Respect (+) or Shame (-) Buttons in the postbit.

Anything like this?

Why not just use vbulletins default Rep system?

You could rephrase "Reputation".I rephrased mine as "Appreciation":D

You just change the phrases to "Respect" and "Shame" :D.
