Forum looks really fun to be at. I got a couple of suggestions for you.

+ Make the 'Holy poo' on your banner more visible (brighter)

+ Spelling Error - Hp Announcments -> 'Announcements'

+ Spelling Error in the Welcomes Header, '-Friendly peolple and friendly atmosphere' - peolple -> people

I'd drop the arcade leaders from the top, it's not particularly relevant, and having it that high up isn't particularly good for SEO.
