Hi, I have two paid & current vBulletin licenses and have the confirmation form on vbulletin.com filled out correctly, yet I cannot get confirmed on this forum. What am I missing?

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

You can do this at the page linked above for your distributor. Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status.

Thanks for the reply. That is the URL that I have been using. The e-mail address is the same as here and I have checked the tick box for this site. Still nothing??

Thank you too for your reply. This is *not* my first attempt to verify. I have read this part of the instructions about 20 times now. I have been submitting this for over a week. I think I have been more than patient. :)

I just verified once again the e-maill address on this site is 100% the same as on vBulletin.com That is why I have finally posted my issue here.

I would suggest submitting a ticket at vBulletin.com - we can then find out if your data entered here properly reflects what you have at vB.com.

Same here, but they sad in vbulletin.com that is everything correct, can you please check why do I get "unlicensed" message?

See post #2 (note highlighted part), you have not opted to allow vBulletin.org to check your license status.

Then better check again, as vBulletin.org was not selected under your privacy options when i checked half hour ago.
