Default reputation Power

Hey all, I was wondering how, can we set new users default reputation power "1" because it is 0, for every member now :S, i ran my boards before and dunoe how i fixed it, now i cant find it. :P Remember POWER, not reputation.

Have a look at Default Reputation (and possibly Minimum Reputation Count)
