2nd user for vb.org

Is there a way that I can add a 2nd person as a full reg user on vbulletin.org? I am the license holder, but want one of our tech guys to be able to download mods, etc using his account.

ya, you add his email addy to your account over at vb.com and then when he registers here with that email addy, he will show as licensed.
