Where Is the Post Icons Template

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to give a drop down menu to the post icons section when you start a new thread.

Problem is the instructions say to edit the post icon template but i cant find it can someone point me in the right direction ?

Also i attached the directions to add the drop down menu to the post icon section, just in case you wanted to take a look...
