Disabling Signatures per user 3.6.8 or 3.7

Hi, I just wanted to ask if there are any mods or if there is a way to disable sigs on a per user basis. I looked around and only found 3.5. or 3.0 mods.

Well, mods aside, you may create a new usergroup with normal permissions except signature option and then move users to that usergroup.
