It lists all mods you have tagged. :)

Nope, it means tagged.
On any mod you click the Edit Settings, and then tick the "Tag" option.

Tagging a mod is useful if you see something that you are interested in for your site but you cannot download it immediately or mark it installed. I do this for mods that are interesting but people are experiencing a lot of problems with. If the problems get fixed then I can download it and install it.

I use it for a similar thing, to tag mods I may be interested in at some point.

Hmm. Maybe I should consider doing this rather than bookmarking them via browser.

Hmm. Maybe I should consider doing this rather than bookmarking them via browser.Tagging them is likely a bit 'cleaner' since they'll all be listed here at vB.org in your UCP instead of having to bookmark them all.
I use the tagging feature in a manner similar to Wayne... I tag modifications that show promise & I want to keep an eye on and also for modifications that I don't currently have a need for but are interesting enough that I want to keep them 'tagged' for the future if I find myself being able to use one of them.

Seems efficient and convenient. For the same reasons as you guys, I'll start using the mod tag. :)
