Admin CP > Forums & Moderators > Forum Permissions > find the forum and then select the usergroup.... what do you have set for "Can View Forum", "Can View Thread Content", and "Can View Others' Threads"?

I see THIS (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=103834) But i can?t understand. no exist phpinclued_start change for Global_start, What php file i have to create and plugin.
