Editing Usergroup

Dear Vbulletin.Org Members,

My members are asking me if they can change their Usertitle from the UserCP... I noticed that in more than 1 Forum!
Can I know how can I allow them?

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Select the usergroups -> Set 'Can Use Custom Title' to Yes.
