userid 0 ?

My Multiple Account Registration Prevention notified me that someone was attempting to register an account with the same IP as another (3) members. No big deal... the MARP always works perfect on our forum. The strange thiing was that when I looked for the username in the AdminCP, the user didn't exist! And when I looked at the profile url linked from the MARP notification the userid was 0 (zero)... but it displayed a message saying "This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view."

Any ideas on this?

I would look through the hack thread and see if this has come up before. Also, that is probably the best place to get help for this since those in the thread are familiar with the hack.

All guests have a user id of 0. And Lynne is correct, please next time post in the modification thread.
