How do I make the image extend all the way across?

You'll need to update the background image or color for: Popup Menu Body (.vbmenu_popup).

But i want the navbar to be one color and that bar above to be an image

It should have been Popup Menu Controls (.vbmenu_control). Sorry about that. :)
