How do i make a part of my forum invite only?

I have finally launched my forum and want to make one section viewable by invite only. Is this possible? Thanks in advance, JPT.

Create a Public Joinable Usergroup, assign a Group Leader and set permissions to only allow this usergroup access to these forums.
