In-Line Image Viewer -- How Was This Done?

Hey guys.

Been looking around the Mods forum trying to figure out what hack this is:

If you click the image down at the bottom of the screen, it has like an in-line image viewer displaying the image once you click on it.

Any idea what hack does this?
