Help please - lost some Navigation in middle of navbar

Help please.

I moved my Navbar stuff from the navbar into the header. We really like the way it looks. But now, the navigation that is usually in the middle of the navbar, is missing. I can't figure out how to get it back. I copied the code directly from the navbar to the header.

Not everything is set for navbar when header is set so undo that change.
