Multicoloured Usergroup markup?

I've had a look around vb.org mods and I cannot see anything like this...is there anyway to have a multicoloured markup for the users of a usergroup?

I would not know of a way to do that.

Does anyone have any idea....I've seen a few forums with this feature now, there must be some way of modifying it so it works.
