drop down menus not working - cant figure it out

Hey guys.

I'm stumped. Im having problems with all of the drop down menus:
1. Search
2. Quick links
3. User name when viewing thread

I tried reverting the templates, no good. I restarted apache, no good.

Any ideas? I searched here and google...no good.

Thanks for the suggestion. That box has been checked yes. For some reason, the drop down stopped working. Anyone else? This is driving me nuts. :eek::D
