Looking for a Project Page Mod

I am looking for a mod which will allow developers to create pages for their projects, similar to Google Code (http://code.google.com/). I don't mind if its free, paid, or not yet created but you can code it.

I'd appreciate any help ya'll can offer, I've been searching for a good while, and can't find anything like this for vBulletin.
