Image Resizer Mod needed

Ok, I was on an IPB board as saw this feature where if you posted images that caused the board to stretch, it would resize it so the board itself kept to regular size and you just need to click on it to get a pop up window with the full sized image. Are there any mods capable of doing this for vb?
