background color does not change, weird problem

I can change the background image in the style manager, but i cannot change the background color it always goes black.

Where in the Style Manager did you place that code?

If you only put what you wrote in the css, it won't work. You need to repeat the background. Like:

#ffffff url(http://www.worldfaction.com/forums/images/bg.jpg) repeat-x top left

or

#ffffff url(http://www.worldfaction.com/forums/images/bg.jpg) repeat-x top left
